SENIORS

SENIOR NEWS

Here is some info that we got from the rehearsal yesterday.

Graduates will be let into the stadium at the lower north tunnel at 7:30pm. Teachers advised them to arrive around 7:15pm

Spectators will sit on both sides of the stadium so you can enter at both the north and south upper entrances by the east parking lot.

It's recommended to plan a meeting spot for after the ceremony so you can find your graduate.

Seniors will be receiving a senior checkout form after school on Wednesday, June 8. If they cannot pick it up after school, the form will be available from their counselor beginning June 9. After receiving the checkout form, they will need to spend Thursday and Friday having all of their teachers sign them out. They also need signatures from the librarian, custodian and fiscal office signifying that all fines have been paid. On Monday, June 13, from noon to 4 p.m., seniors will bring the senior checkout form, with all items completed, to their counselors for final checkout and clearance to graduate. There will be half sheets attached to the back of the form informing the student of their allotted time to see their counselor on June 13. If they cannot make it during that time, they will need to contact the counselor and arrange a time on Tuesday, June 14, to complete checkout.

June 8: Pick up checkout form after school.

June 9 and 10: Have each teacher, as well as the librarian, custodian and the fiscal office, sign the form for checkout.

June 13, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.: (You will be given an appointment time) Bring the completed signed form to your counselor to be cleared for graduation.

Seniors need to be checking school email and schoology messages from counselors! If HSBP (Naviance tasks) and PE competency exam are not completed, seniors will not be able to walk at graduation.

Roosevelt grad signs are here. Volunteers already started handing out signs and will be back in the Commons the week of June 6th. Look for them during lunch in the Commons.

No payment necessary to pick up a sign. Donation accepted HERE
